Job Description

Brighton & Hove and Metrobus (part of the Go-Ahead Group) are recruiting for an experienced vehicle engineer, based at our Crawley depot.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking all manner of work required to maintain a fleet of public service vehicles to company and VOSA standards.

Key responsibilities include carrying out planned maintenance inspections, services and MOT preparations; quality checking; ensuring paperwork is completed correctly; and adhering to company health & safety responsibilities and regulations.

You’ll need a full manual driving licence with entitlement to drive in the UK (PCV desirable); relevant engineering qualifications including IRTEC accreditation preferred; ideally, previous experience working with large passenger or commercial vehicles; team working skills.
