We are expecting 2023 to be a very exciting year, now we’ve adjusted to the post-pandemic world. We have substantial bus priority schemes, vehicle investment, enhanced ticketing and extended services all in the pipeline to help generate passenger growth. This role will be focused on delivering growth, not contraction.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Operations Director will look after 450+ drivers and a well-resourced management and supervisory team across Reading Buses, Thames Valley Buses and Newbury & District.
You’ll need to demonstrate extensive experience with operations management and budgeting at company or depot level and have all relevant qualifications. Salary will be commensurate with experience and responsibility.
