Due to further recent expansion and in preparation for the formation of our new trading identity, we have created the new role of Deputy Operations Manager.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, and with the assistance of an operations team, this role will ensure the smooth running of all Linkbus services currently operated by Nottingham Community Transport.
The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills combined with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team, as well as handle various operational challenges in a calm and professional manner.
Highly motivated to provide first class customer service and service delivery, the successful individual will have developed their personal skills to enable them to establish strong cross departmental relationships, thereby encouraging a genuine team effort.
It is likely that the successful candidate will have significant supervisory experience in the bus, coach and/or HGV industry, and be in possession of (or be prepared to train for) a management CPC in PCV operations.
