Your most important skill will be the ability to influence change through our staff to ensure the desired outcomes are achieved for the business. A solid grounding in HR practice would be desirable but more critical is the need to understand the transport operations in practice. These new roles reporting to the Head of People will be based in our operational garages supporting and being part of the garage management teams.
