Job Description

REL Coach Group is looking for a Hands-on, driven General Manager (ideally Transport Manager) to lead two busy coach depots in Rayleigh, Essex and Tendring, Essex.

The role will include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations of both sites
  • Manage the office and driving teams
  • Ensure compliance is kept to
  • Keep our fleet running smoothly.

 

If you’ve got transport experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for great service – we want to hear from you!

 

What you’ll need:

  • Operations or transport management experience (this is essential)
  • Leadership skills and commercial awareness

 

Salary £50,000-£55,000 based on experience
