An opportunity is open now at Brighton and Hove Buses, part of Go-Ahead: we’re looking for an Operations Manager to lead one of our Brighton depots.

 

You’ll lead the local team to ensure excellent service delivery; actively promote employee engagement; participate in local trade union discussions; represent the company at stakeholder events and ensure the depot meets its budget targets, both financial and KPI.

 

You will need to demonstrate proven management experience, great communication skills, experience of managing budgets and leading a team. In return, we offer a highly competitive salary and the chance to work in one of the country’s leading bus companies.
